Approach
We understand that every player is unique, and we do not cater to one-based strategy. Our trainers at Ball Out Boys use a philosophy that revolves around technique that makes you understand your "WHY."
For each athlete we’ll assess their strengths and weaknesses and develop a plan for improvement. We tailor each training program per athlete to help them understand how their body moves, while perfecting their skills for in game play.

Hybrid Lessons gives you 4 Lessons in person or remote each month; w/ video analysis every 2 weeks.
Video Analysis includes: Voice Overs, Lesson footage w/ visual anayltics, and Programming for drills and reps that need to be done weekly.

Your lessons come with video analysis and you can book any day/any time that’s available within 5 weeks. Payment Plans are available!

Scheduling Specifications
When scheduling, it's recommended to reserve/hold your time slot monthly for any lesson.
Please try to arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your lesson.
When scheduling Group Lessons, please add all members in Notes section.
All cancellations and rescheduling require at least 24 hour notice prior to your lesson.
Any cancellation without a 24 hour notice, or failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will incur in half of the lesson fee for that day.
Continual abuse of this appointment policy will revoke the opportunity to make an appointment in the future.
I cannot guarantee that verbal or text appointments will be honored in a timely manner. Therefore, all appointments should be made using this website.
